didnotlineup.Hardlysurprisinggiventhe
variouspartscamefromdifferentbikes;
eveniftheSuzukiveinrunsthroughmost
ofthem,it’sstillallabitlike
Frankenstein’smonster.
I’massuming(whichisthemotherofall
disasters)thatthenewCMRTRframeis
straightandthatthewheelswouldrun
alongthecentre-line.Sayingthat,Ionce
madesomepartsforSuzukiGT/T 500 sand
wasinitiallyconvincedthatIhadabent
frame.Aftermeasuringtwootherframes
andchattingtoPeteO’Dellatthe
MotorcycleWorks,itwasclearthat
symmetrywasnotpartofthatdesignbrief!
