    of the same thing. In this case, Mari is attracted to the idea of seeing Ben Folds but repelled by
    spending the evening with Jenna. In an approach-approach conflict, one must choose between two
    attractive alternatives. In an avoidance-avoidance conflict, one must choose between two
    unattractive alternatives. In a multiple approach-avoidance conflict, one must choose between
    several options each of which has an attractive and unattractive feature.
