Pesto


Makes about 3⁄4 cup


Ingredients


2 tablespoons pine nuts (soaked 20 min)
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 gloves garlic, chopped
6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
pinch sea salt

Directions



  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. If the sauce is too thick, add a spoonful of warm water.
