signs. When a man feels devotion to the
Supreme,hehasturnedhisbackonevilandhas
turned his face to the goal; he may stumble,
stray,even fall, but his face is turned in the
rightdirection,heisgoinghomewards; hemust
needsbecomedutifulbytheforceofhisdevotion,
for seeking union with his Beloved he will
swiftlycast away everything that preventsthe
union; to Him who sees the end from the
beginningheisrighteouswhenhisfaceisturned
to righteousness,and hislove will burn upin
himthe evilthatveils from him the Being he
adoresand producein himthe likenessthathe
worships. So sureis this action,soinviolable
thelaw,thatheis "accountedrighteous." To
thetwogreatclassesoftheself-seekersandthe
seekers of the Self, he has changed from the
firstintothesecond.
