2 dozen oysters
2 cupsbambooshoots
2 cupswaterchestnuts
2 cups celery
Afewpiecesofpork
1 tablespoonfulFunWine
1 teaspoonfulgingerjuice

(a) Cutthe oysters,bamboo shoots,chest-
nuts, celery, andporkinto fragments.
(b) Puttheoystersintoboilingwater for
10 minutes. Thenfrytheoystersinahotoiled
pan.
(c) Add the Fun Wine and the ginger
juice. Continuetocookfor 5 minutes.
(d)Frythebambooshoots,waterchestnuts,
celery,andporkinanoiledpanfor 5minutes.
Addtooysters.
(e) Add^1 cupprimarysoupandboiluntil
about 1 cupofliquidremains.
