would be used by stage hypnotists and hypnotherapists
all over the world. It is the same induction that I used as
a hypnotherapist and it is the same one I use in my
biocomputer seminars and it's the same one I use on
myself on a twice daily basis. It is important to realize
the state of consciousness you are trying to attain. You
want to attain, what I would call, ultra-consciousness.
You will be totally relaxed but you will still be awake
and aware of your surroundings. You don't want to fall
asleep. If you do you won't be able to visualize and that
defeats the object of the whole exercise. With your RAS
deactivated there is no resistance to new programs
going into your biocomputer. I suggest that the
induction that I give you is read aloud in your own
voice onto an audio cassette tape. You can then play this
tape to yourself on a twice daily basis. You can also add
your own specific goals to the tape and listen to them,
with your RAS deactivated, on a twice daily basis. More
on that aspect a little later.


This is the relaxation induction. Just relax in an
armchair and read it gently to yourself. Read it in a
gentle monotone voice. As one of my biocomputer
students exclaimed one day, "No Razz Ma Tazz, just the
RAS!" and Oh! how I agree with him! Remember, what
I am showing you is the end of survival, the beginning
of living! Putting the induction onto an audio cassette
saves you having to read out the words, once in the
morning and once in the evening.


RELAXATION INDUCTION:


I am thinking of my legs and I am allowing my legs to
relax. I am thinking of my arms and I am allowing my
arms to relax. The more I think of my arms and legs the
more pleasantly relaxed I become. I am now breathing
