Admire the patterns on the soft furnishings. Put
yourself in the picture. Go into the study and check
your bank statements, take your glass of pink
Champagne with you. See the mortgage payments are
right up to date. Have a look at the bank balance,
make sure there is plenty of money in the account to
sustain the upkeep of your dream home. Vividly
imagine that there is snow on the front drive, shovel
the snow out of the way and park your Porsche. Now
imagine raking up leaves in the fall, see yourself
planting bulbs in the spring, see yourself having a
garden party in the summertime. Visualize the
scenario through your own eyes and then visualize
the same thing, seeing yourself in your dream home
but through someone else's eyes. Use both types of
subjective visualization. Imagine that you are in your
dream home through the various seasons. ( Make sure
you see yourself paying for the property either in cash
or actually paying the monthly mortgage payments.
Don't forget, seeing yourself keep the dream home is
probably more important than getting it in the first
place! Never forget, our failures come about, because
we fail to visualize far enough into the future.)


Your next goal is that you own a corner grocery
store. On the cassette tape you will say the following.
"I own a corner grocery store. This is a very
profitable business. It has a tremendous cash flow
that allows me to expand into other business areas
that I choose." Then you would leave a forty-five
I second blank on the tape where you will vividly
imagine the following. Again you only use the words
as a cue to start you visualizing.
