Try to model yourself on someone in the industry
who you know for sure is making that kind of money.

Intently imagine ,the kind of people you will be
dealing with. You may have to deal with individuals
of a certain net worth. Imagine that you are dealing
with these people right now. See and hear yourself
qualify prospects over the telephone. Remember the
more money you are going to earn selling financial
products means that you will have to work smarter,
not harder.

Vividly imagine that your clients readily give you
referrals. They do this because you give them that
little bit extra in the way of service.

So you're getting the idea. You must word your
goals in the present tense, the words are just a cue for
the pictures, then you leave a blank of forty-five
seconds on the tape, then you put on the next verbal
goal.

I suggested that initially you only put about six
goals on the tape for the right computer, because
subjective visualization really does take concentrated
effort, especially if you are not used to it. Once you
get into the swing of things and are really adept in the
use of visualization, there is no reason at all why you
can't increase the number of goals on your tape and
the amount of time that you actually spend
visualizing them. The whole idea of spending just
forty-five seconds visualizing is to get you used to
practicing and creating mental images every day. The
sooner you can spend longer periods visualizing the
better!

At the end of your goals you should place one
last verbal message. This is to give yourself a positive
feedback loop. You can use the words "Now I will
visualize these six successes from my past" Don't
forget to leave the customary forty-five seconds blank
