and my behavior. I never hesitate to pick up the phone
to call a client. I always visualize before I make my
phone call so I can actually' see' my prospect in my
minds eye. My closure rate increases all the time. I sell
financial products that my client has a need for and as
a result of the good service that I give, my clients
always give me referrals. My clients always phone the
referrals and let them know I will be making contact. I
constantly set and achieve goals. As I attain my goals I
keep setting higher goals.

Mission Accomplished/ Self-Destruct Signals to
look out for:

I am the sales manager at the New York branch. I
earned seventy thousand dollars in my first year. I
am very popular with the sales force and as a result
we increase the team by twenty percent and the sales
by one hundred percent. My sales team respect my
leadership. I am motivated all the time. I bring in
new motivational speakers once a month for the
sales meeting.

Mission Accomplished/Self-Destruct Signals to
look out for:

I am always persistent. I never give up on my goals.
I have very clearly defined goals and I know that
makes the job easier. Because I can actually 'see'
what it is that I am trying to accomplish, it is easier
for me to keep heading toward that vision. I am very
resilient. I use rejection as a spur to further creative
effort. I know that being persistent is not enough on
its own. I have combined my persistence with other
things including offering a good product and service
and doing more than one is paid for.
