Encourages SP to let go of front rail one hand at a time
A light touch with fingertips is OK, but no gripping rail
If SP continues to grip front rail by end of warm-up, press GO TO
RECOVERY on ISIS screen, press NEXT STAGE on treadmill
controller so that recovery stage is displayed
