people do. You can squat on a normal western toilet seat, it does

When you feel like a feast, fast instead. If you cannot fast, then
visualise the feast. Imagine eating the food slowly and piece by
piece satisfying everything that your mind requires. Imagine the
smell, taste, texture. Feel the food filling your stomach and try to
remember how it feels after such a feast. That full feeling of
starchy flour, hydrogenated fat, lung destroying milk, and short
term sugar buzz. Open your eyes. If you are still hungry then eat
what you feel will satisfy you, not just for now, but throughout the
day in every way. Keep a record of your daily eating habits, time,
quantity, motivation for eating and how you felt after your meal (10
minutes, 1 hour etc.) Do this for a week and you will notice how
much a written record can show you.
