Asthma symptoms can be helped using high magnesium juices
including watercress, kale, asparagus with a small amount of
lemon juice. Kale, parsley, peppers are all high in vitamin C and
chlorophyll which help colds with a little garlic, ginger and lemon

Constipation is easily helped with the juice of rhubarb,
beetroot and spinach (not necessarily together). But beware of
these juices if you suffer from kidney stones.
Eyes are protected using carrots, orange coloured
vegetables and other green vegetables rich in beta-carotene.
Energy levels can be boosted with spinach, wheat grass
and most dark green leafy vegetable juices.
Hair

parsnip and alfalfa juice. These also help with skin and nail
problems.
Hangovers can be helped with watermelon juice or
carrot and apple whilst beetroot will help clean the liver and
kidneys.
