from food for six years. She claims to receive her nourishment
from the Pranic forces, the energy that truly feeds us all. I found
Jasmuheen a light, down to earth person who was happy to
discuss her most private affairs. She is the embodiment of what
our race can achieve. Energy and heat is not derived solely from
food. Except for the immeasurable energy derived from food, the
dense substance has no use. Pure air and fresh water seem to be
all we need to live an energetic and warming life. The partial
understanding of this point has been a revelation to me. Try
meditating on this seemingly simple statement for a week, during
a fast or through your cravings. We will only truly understand when
we try such methods - which I do not recommend without full and
thorough research and guidance from a professional.
We can obtain an excellent form of nourishment by sniffing
the perfumes and essences of plants and flowers. It is certainly
more energising to be nourished from the smell of a hemp flower
or a rose than a slice of cake!
What does this say? I believe that if one person in the
whole world proves 'the impossible', then it is the rest of the world
that is wrong. We need to be educated as to the accomplishment
of others to understand what is attainable now and to help imagine
the so-called unattainable. We must learn to move away from
ingrained beliefs. Learn to let go of preconceived ideas, move
away from stagnancy. To truly live now we must fully let go of the
past. Morris Krok believes that it is due to the impurities in our
system that have built up over the years from mucus forming
foods such as bread, pasta and rice that we are unable to survive
on the energy derived purely from clean air. Once we have
cleaned all these toxins from our body we can find a way of
absorbing nutrients more effectively from such abundant sources
as the air we breath.
