and requires a sensitive partner.


When you have mastered this, take a small amount of the
food to be tested, smell it, and place a some on your finger. If
using a drink, place in a copper (or other metal) vessel. Thinking
about the food, ask your friend to try the pressure test again. If you
both show the same resistance and receive the same result, then
no problem. If you find your arm is much weaker then you have an
intolerance or allergy to this food and it is best avoided at this
stage. Try again as your diet and you change, also with a greater
quantity of the food, or mix with spices. You will find a point when
your arm provides no resistance which says that this quantity and
combination is not for you. Try with dairy products, plain, mixed
with herbs etc. for interesting results. Such tests can be done at
various 'gates' on the body, using a variety of limbs. It is
recommended to use both sides of the body, such as the left and
right arm, for accurate results.


To assimilate food successfully, we must absorb all its
energy as well as nutrition into our own energy. This is proved in
the science of kinesiology where certain foods, like thoughts, are
shown to act in a positive or negative way to different people.


Acupressure/Reflexology


Acupressure or reflexology can be practiced by everyone. It takes
a quiet, relaxed space and an intuitive individual. There are many
books on where and what to press. I recommend experimenting
with your partner's feet. Use some aromatherapy oils as
mentioned in the massage section and keep a pressure with the
