Try adding live yoghurt
Rose water or apple concentrate instead of water produce
interesting variations.
The residue can be used as a substitute for hemp flour in most of
the recipes in this book, as it is high in fibre and still contains
useful EFAs and protein.

75g hemp seeds (sprouted for 2 days) or
75g hulled hemp seeds soaked for 8-12 hours
75g almonds (sprouted for 1 day)
50g sunflower seeds (sprouted for 1 day)
50g pine nuts soaked for 8-12 hours
Blend, then strain and use fresh.
