For sweet or savoury dishes this is an alternative to that fat filled
pastry. Suitable for a living food diet.
175g pitted dates
100 g hemp seeds
100 g almonds
100 g oat flakes
1 tbsp coconut, grated
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
Water or rejuvelac
Grind dates and seeds as finely as possible in a food processor.
Add oats, raw honey or maple syrup, coconut, cinnamon, water or
rejuvelac and blend again. Slowly add water or rejuvelac to gain
correct consistency. Place base in bottom of your cake dish by
hand.

Grind equal amounts of almonds and hulled hemp seeds with
dried figs in a coffee grinder. Press into an oiled plate and add raw
fillings before serving a delectable dish.
