Before placing your basmati rice in boiling water, in a heavy pan
dry roast the ingredients for 3 minutes. The roasting really brings
out the best of these spices which flavour the rice whilst cooking.

6 fresh whole tomatoes
1 small stick cinnamon, freshly ground
3 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup, or other sweetener to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and serve fresh. Will keep fresh
when refrigerated for 2-3 days.

1 tsp Hempso (tm) sauce
Handful spring onions parsley and herbs to taste, finely chopped
