1 tsp chicory root, roasted (30 minutes, at 325°F)


1 tsp dandelion root, chopped


1 tsp hemp seeds, roasted


10 g liquorice root


1.2 litres water


Combine all in a saucepan, simmer on a low heat for 25 minutes.
Strain and serve as you like.

50g raisins


50g un-sulphured dried apricots


300ml water or rejuvelac


2 tsp hulled hemp


1 tsp wheat germ


1/8 tsp dry ginger


1 tsp sunflower seeds


1 tsp molasses (optional)


Soak seeds, raisins and apricots overnight. In the morning blend
all ingredients together in soak water or rejuvelac. High in iron
content.
