Juices can be garnished with ginger and garlic, but use
sparingly as they taste and produce a noticeable effect.
Watercress and parsley are both nutrient boosters and only small
amounts are needed. Wash out your juicer immediately after use
otherwise you will end up tasting these additions for days. Hulled
hemp seeds add that nutty flavour filled with nutrients and are a
particularly good combination with carrot juice. Small amounts of
wheat germ and ground nuts and seeds are great sprinkled on top
of juice.

275g pineapple juice
1 ripe banana
1 tsp hulled hemp seed or 1 tsp hemp flour
1 tsp hemp oil
Blend and drink!
For variety try different fruits, milk instead of juice (hemp, soya or
cow's), adding sprouts or one of the following:
1/4 tsp Spirulina (blue green algae or chlorella)
1/4 tsp ginseng
1/3 tsp wheatgerm
1/2 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
