1 cup sesame seeds, extra finely ground or
1 cup sesame seeds, sprouted for 24 hours and finely ground
1 cup hulled hemp seeds
6 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
2 tbsp almonds, soaked overnight or
2 tbsp whole hemp seeds or
3 tbsp raisins or
1 carrot, finely grated
Mix seeds with sweetener and chopped nuts (or raisins or carrot).
Knead the honey into the mixture until hard. Form into a small
square loaf. Chill and serve in small square portions. Try it with
other nuts.
