Blend. Leave in a warm place in a glass jar with mesh lid for 12
hours. Refrigerate and eat within 24 hours.


Honeyed
 Ginger

Ginger is a magic herb with hundreds of possible uses.


100 g ginger, thinly sliced


100 g maple syrup or raw honey


1 tbsp hulled hemp seed


1/4 tsp peppermint essence


Place ginger in suitable container. Liquefy honey, remove from
heat then add peppermint and hemp. Pour mixture over ginger
and stir to remove air bubbles. Store covered in a cool dark place
for three weeks before consuming. Keeps refrigerated for over a
year. It is particularly best used for chewing after meals.


Another good post meal food is aniseed. In India aniseed is
always served after a meal, it is helpful for digestion.

2 tsp maple syrup or raw honey


2 tsp Hemp almond paste (see below)
