Other Qualifi cations
Successful completion of various appraisal and mortgage banking courses
from recognized accredited organizations.
Knowledge of real estate development, fi nance, equity raising, asset manage-
ment, property management, and design.
Knowledge of city, state, and federal development and fi nancing programs
and related policies and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and delegate work and to supervise and evaluate
the work of technical staff. Involved with administering complex programs
and projects.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse
clientele and at all levels of city government.
Knowledge of budgeting and project fi nancing principles and practices.
