1 BOX (4 SERVINGS) JELL-O SUGAR-FREE STRAWBERRY GELATIN
2 TABLESPOONS CORNSTARCH
2 CUPS WATER
1 QUART STRAWBERRIES, SLICED
1 REDUCED-FAT GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST (9-INCH DIAMETER)
1 CUP FAT-FREE WHIPPED TOPPING
1. Mix the gelatin and cornstarch in a medium saucepan, then stir in the water. Bring to a boil over
medium heat and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, until thickened. Pour into a large heatproof
bowl and allow to cool at room temperature.
2. Fold the strawberries into the gelatin. Pour into the crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish
with the whipped topping.
