Banana Barley Bread


3 cups barley fl our
4 teaspoons low - sodium baking powder
3 ripe bananas, chopped
½ cup honey
¼ cup molasses
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
6 egg whites, beaten
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ cup chopped walnuts, optional
Vegetable oil cooking spray

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Sift together the barley fl our
