McDonald's Breakfast Burrito


Now you can get your fast food breakfast craving at home using this recipe, which can be modified
according to your tastes.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
4 ounces pork sausage
4 teaspoons minced onion
½ tablespoon minced mild green chilies
4 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 (8′′) flour tortillas
4 slices American cheese


1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sausage and onion to the skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes, or until the sausage is
browned.
3. Add the chilies and sauté for 1 minute more.
4. Pour eggs into the pan and scramble with the sausage, onion, and chilies. Season with salt
and pepper.
5. Heat tortillas in the microwave on a moist paper towel for 1 minute.
6. Add the egg mixture and cheese to the tortilla and roll into a burrito.
