Meat Can Clog Arteries and Veins


We know millions of people around the world eat meat.
But in America, Australia, New Zealand and the United
Kingdom, people consume larger amounts of meats in their
daily diet. We also know that one out of every two deaths
are caused in these countries by heart disease (read pgs. 11,18).
Heart specialists agree that the waxy, saturated fats of meat
are the main cause of clogged arteries and veins!
We never try to make our health students and readers
vegetarians. The choice must be yours! We believe that
by properly combining the natural foods, people can, if
they strongly desire it, eat meat 1 to 2 times a week and
still live a long, healthy life. Try to get only meats that
are fed healthy and are hormone-free and drug-free, etc.
But we believe that the daily, heavy meat eaters can get
into serious health and heart trouble! Be health wise –
vegetarian meals are healthier! Fact: vegetarians live
healthier and longer! Also forget milk and milk products!
Studies show many serious health problems started with
pasteurization of milk. (See web: notmilk.com) We suggest
delicious, nutritious Soy, Almond, Rice or Dream milk
and if desired their ice cream (vanilla flavor tastes best).
We have told you that the ideal diet of man is the
one he lived on in the warm, tropical Garden of Eden.
Now man lives everywhere and he must adapt himself
to his particular climate. We do not believe it is possible
for a person who is living in a cold climate to eat as if he
lived in the tropics. Unless the fruits and vegetables are
readily available, and he has conditioned his body and
bloodstream to the climate, he must eat plenty of beans,
brown rice, potatoes & skins, raw nuts and seeds to build
a bloodstream that will keep him warm and healthy.
Remember, your diet must fit with your climate!

fruits and vegetables to your diet. Remember, fruits and
vegetables are the great purifiers and the detoxifiers. Also
buy organic when possible – it’s the best in nutrition!
