To prevent Deyi from
becoming the next chairman,
Wanhou kidnaps Siyue and
sends Deyi a photo of her.
Wanhou instructs his
secretary to publicise the
fact of Deyi impersonating
Hai Deshen. However,
evidence of his own corrupt
practices is released
instead.

She tries to escape by

She tells him Huixiang is a
terrible person.
The pink bag that
Huixiang put into the trash a
couple of times mysteriously
reappears outside her
house.
At the office, Huixiang’s
computer is taken away by
technicians. Minhao wants
to recover the hard disk, so
as to retrieve the amended
drawing that was used to
frame Siyue.
Shilu accuses Huixiang
of instigating Wanhou to
take his life. He snatches
her wallet and runs away
with it. Huixiang gives
chase. Meanwhile, Qihuang
is watching from a corner.
He reproaches himself for
trusting them.
Deyi follows Wanhou
secretly. He takes Canbin
to the warehouse where he
has hidden the pine. He is
confident he will be able to
make a comeback with the
pine, as it’s an essential
feature of Qian Mi Palace.
Qihuang and Minhao
have swopped the pine, in
the same fashion Wanhou
did 26 years ago. When
Wanhou opens the container
truck, he finds it empty and
is shocked.
Siyue lures Huixiang
to the old orphanage site.
Hongtao appears, and

Juzi and Mali refuse to leave
Hongtao’s house. Canbin
drags them away.
Zhihui won’t stop Deyi
from collaborating with
Minhao to build Qian Mi
Palace, on condition she
acknowledge Siyue as
Zhihui’s daughter. Deyi will
only agree if Siyue inherits
Bao Jin Group.
Shilu confesses to
Minhao that Huixiang did
amend the architectural
drawings, thus indirectly
causing Hongtao to fall off
the building.
Qihuang tells Shixun that
Shilu was in cahoots with
Huixiang. She gave Shilu
a huge sum of money to
cover up her wrongdoings.
Remorseful for trusting the
wrong person, Shixun begs
for Qihuang’s forgiveness.
Canbin becomes a driver.
He gets into a conflict with a
passenger and is arrested.
Mali goes to the police
station to bail him out. The
passenger demands five
million won in compensation.
Juzi drags Siyue to see
Deyi and demands money
from her. She accuses Deyi
of causing Wanhou to lose
everything. Siyue asks Deyi
to allow Juzi and her family to
go back to their house. Deyiagrees.
Mali begs Deyi to lend her
five million won but is thrown
out.
At the columbarium,
Huixiang accidentally breaks
Hongtao’s urn. She discovers
it empty. However, she
notices Hongtao’s reflection
in the glass and is petrified.
Shixun tells Huixiang
he will chase the culprit
down even if it costs him
his job. Since they have not
registered their marriage,
he intends to delay the
registration further. Huixiang
worries.
To avenge himself,
Wanhou makes plans to
divorce Deyi and let Siyue
marry Canbin.
Canbin agrees to marry
Siyue to spite Deyi.
Minhao unveils the
evidence that proves
Huixiang amended the
architectural drawings.
Upset, Huixiang accuses
him of forsaking her for his
biological daughter. He slaps
her in a rage.
Huixiang happens to
catch sight of Hongtao and
follows her. She suspects
Deyi has been harbouring
her.
Siyue gives the GPS
records from Huixiang’s car
to Qihuang, who is stunned
to learn Huixiang was at
the location where he was
supposed to meet Hongtao.
Siyue decides to followDeyi’s wishes and inherit
Bao Jin Group. However, her
terms and conditions are
that she is to be allowed
to marry Canbin, and they
will manage the company
together.

By impersonating a gas
company worker, Huixiang
