Alignment Points
- From a standing position, bend the knees into a squat while al-
lowing the toes to lift off the oor as you sit back on the heels. - Put your hands on the oor for balance and let the knees gently
release onto the oor. - Bring your hands to prayer, keeping the toes tucked under and
feeling the stretch in the feet. - Exit the pose with mindfulness by reversing your movements.
