Modi cations and Other Options



  • If you experience discomfort in the hip or the knee, place a cushion
    under that hip for support.

  • For a deeper stretch, place one foot on the upper thigh of the ex-
    tended leg for a half-lotus variation (1).

  • To promote greater relaxation, drape a blanket across the belly.
