SIDDHASASANA


This posture is good for all pranayama practices.



  • Come into a seated position.

  • Open the knees wider than sukhasana (page 182).

  • Place one foot on top of the other.

  • Sit up with a tall straight spine.

  • Relax the shoulders back and down.

  • Rest the hands of top of the knees.
