Mountain Pose Series (Tadasana)


8 f. Exhale and lower the arms to
shoulder height with the palms
facing down.

8 j. Exhale and slowly return the
arms to your sides into mountain
pose. Repeat two more times.

8 i. Reach the arms overhead, in-
terlace the fingers, and turn the
palms facing up.

8 h. Inhale and bring the arms
back out in front.

8 g. Spread the arms out to the
side.

8 e. Sweep the arms overhead,
interlacing the fingers and turn-
ing the palms facing up.

8 d. Inhale and spread
the arms out to the side.

8 c. On the same exhale,
straighten the legs and
sweep the arms around to
the front with the palms
facing up.

8 b. Exhale and separate
the hands shoulder-width
apart while bending the
knees and arching back.

8 a. Inhale and slowly sweep
the arms overhead, interlac-
ing the fingers and turning
the palms facing up.
