Mountain Pose Series (Tadasana)


10 e. Inhale and rotate to face the
front.

10 f. Exhale and slowly return the
arms to your sides into mountain
pose. Repeat two more times. Dur-
ing the third round, hold the twist
and arch back while taking three or
four breaths.

10 d. Exhale and twist to the left,
gently arching back and looking
up.

10 c. Inhale and rotate to face the
front.

10 b. Exhale and twist to the right,
gently arching back and looking
up.

10 a. Inhale and slowly sweep the
arms overhead, interlacing the fin-
gers and turning the palms facing
up.

11 d. Exhale and slowly
return the arms to moun-
tain pose. Repeat two
more times. On the third
round, hold the half for-
ward bend and take three
or four breaths.

11 c. Inhale and bring the
arms back overhead.

11 b. Exhale and, keep-
ing the fingers interlaced,
fold halfway over. Feel
the hips draw back as the
palms press forward.

11 a. Inhale and slowly
sweep the arms over-
head, interlacing the
fingers and turning the
palms facing up.
