Mountain Pose Series (Tadasana)


12 d. Exhale and slowly
return the arms to moun-
tain pose. Repeat two
more times. During the
third round, hold the for-
ward bend and take three
or four breaths.

12 c. Inhale and, while
staying low, interlace the
fingers and then rise all
the way up with the arms
overhead.

12 b. Exhale, separate the
hands shoulder-width apart,
and fold all the way over into
a forward bend.

12 a. Inhale and slowly
sweep the arms over-
head, interlacing the
fingers and turning the
palms facing up.

13 d. Exhale and return
the arms to the sides into
mountain pose. Repeat
two more times. On the
third round, hold the half
squat and take three or
four breaths.

13 c. Inhale, straighten the
legs, and return to stand-
ing.

13 b. Exhale, bend the
knees, and lower into a
half squat.

13 a. Inhale and lift the
arms straight out in front,
with the hands shoulder
height and facing down.
