Blame Saturn and

Pluto. Specifically,

their being really

close together in the

sky, aka a conjunc-

tion, which happens

between the two

planets every 32 to

38 years—and

brings on a *lot*

of political drama.

times Saturn, ruler of

governments, and

Pluto, ruler of

destruction and

transformation, have

collided: 1914, or

right when World

War I broke out, and

1947, the unofficial

start of the Cold

War. So, yeah.)

Anyway, 2019

has been getting

smashed by this con-

junction, which came

in like a literal wreck-

ing ball. And it’s all

been happening in

Capricorn, the earth

sign of money and

capitalism. So now

you know why it feels

like the world is

barely holding itself

together.

The good news

(yes, there is good

n ews!) is t h a t t h e b u l k

of this Saturn-Pluto

shitshow is pretty

much already over.
