GB LUBRICANTS

JAS P Wilson will be exhibiting its Harvadig forestry-adapted
excavators when it attends Forestry Expo.
An ever-increasing arm of its forestry machinery business,
Harvadig excavators are ideal for small-to-medium-sized
woodland management work and contracting.
As the name suggests, these hybrids between forestry and
plant are still capable of working in both sectors. In under
five minutes, a forestry-spec Harvadig can have its timber
harvesting head removed and swapped over for a standard
digger bucket, tree shear, mulcher or
timber grapple, making it the Swiss
army knife of forest management.
Jas P Wilson has now created
a systematic manufacturing
process around its
Harvadig production, with
sister company European
Forestry Machinery
manufacturing the

UK lubricants blender GB Lubricants, based at
Gateshead, will be demonstrating its premium-
quality lubricants designed for the forestry and
horticulture industry.
It will also be exhibiting the latest biodegradable
products with the new GB Unibio range. These are
products that have been specifically formulated
using biodegradable components as an alternative
to traditional mineral-based lubricants, especially
for use in areas of environmental sensitivity.

These have been brought to the market as there
is an increasing awareness of the environmental
impact of lubricants entering the ecosystem
through accidental loss of containment, hose
bursts and general usage. Boasting exceptional
biodegradable qualities, these products have
been designed to minimise any impact on the
environment and are ideal for use on equipment
operating in conditions where there is a risk of
pollution.

OLOFSFORS AND

IGGESUND FOREST

THE teams from Olofsfors and
Iggesund Forest are already
looking forward to meeting
customers new and old at their
Forestry Expo stand.
They will have some
exclusive offers just for the
show, making the stand an
important place to swing by for
a chat.
Plus, the ‘Excalibar’ saw
bar unit will also be there,
so visitors are encouraged
to come try to get the sword
out of the stone. There will
be prizes for winners on both
days.

FORESTRY EXPO PREVIEW - EXIBITORS

Taking a stand

While the harvesting demo is certain to provide plenty of excitement, there's much

more to see and do at Forestry Expo Scotland 2019. Away from the harvesting site,

upwards of 50 exhibitors will be offering products, services and advice on all aspects

of modern forestry. Here's a look at what a few of them will be showing off.
