ELBOW LEVER & CORE PROGRESSIONS
Elbow Lever Hand Taps
- Start in the same position as the previous exercise with your legs in a frog-like pose. Try to hold for 5 seconds.
- With your assisting hand, start to lift your fingertips
off then replace. - Gradually take the whole hand off the floor or the
bar, then replace.
4. Remember to keep your eyeline looking forward
and really squeeze those glutes. This will stop
you from leaning towards the floor. - Do this for 5 sets x 5 reps.
