Set 1 – Warmup 120kg for 10 reps
Set 2 – Warmup 160kg for 8 reps
Set 3 – 1st working set 200kg for 8 reps
Set 4 – 2nd working set 180kg for 15 reps
You can expect the weight here to decrease,
this is more about execution and time under
tension. You need to get your knees right
to your chest and feel the stretch in your
hamstring and glutes.
