“It moves faster, but isn’t as

stable as my Plus version. I

don’t feel the need to switch”

Up Against

Callaway Epic Flash
Sub Zero £499
A face designed by a super
computer is said to make ball
speed consistently faster.

TaylorMade M5 £499
Two moveable weights can
adjust spin by up to 600rpm in
the two extreme settings.

Titleist TS4 £499
This 430cc option is designed
to reduce spin via a more
forward CG location.

Key Technology

The G410 LST’s CG position is
slightly forward of the G410 Plus,
leading to spin reduction of
approximately 200 to 400rpm,
depending on shaft choice and a
golfer’slaunchconditions.
At 450cc, the G410 LST features a
more rounded, pear-shaped design
with more efficient Turbulators for
advanced aerodynamics, leading to
increasedclubheadspeed.
Its ‘Tour Square’ face sits
slightly open and the score-line
pattern frames the impact area
to aid alignment.

Performance
The LST driver did
reduce spin, but only by
under 100rpm on average. This
smaller reduction might be because
more of our strikes with the Plus
version were in the high
toe, where spin is
naturally lower.
