Directions
- Get a mortar: combine in it the scallions, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt, paprika, and cumin.
Crush them with a pestle until they become like a paste. - Add the butter and mix them well. Flatten the small chickens in the shape of a butterfly.
- Massage the herbs mix into the chickens. Place them aside to sit for 60 min.
- Before you do anything preheat the grill and grease its grates.
- Cook the chickens on the grill for 15 to 20 min on each side until they are done. Serve
them warm. - Enjoy.
