Directions
- Place a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook in it the orange juice until it starts boiling.
Keeps it cooking until about 2 tbsp of it are left? - Place it aside to lose heat. Place a small pan over medium heat. Cook in it the cumin seeds
until they are toasted. Ground it in a grinder. - Get a food processor: combine in it the cooked orange juice with ground cumin, cilantro
and lemon juice. Process them until they become smooth. - While the processor is on, add the canola oil gradually while blending all the time to make
the dressing. - Pour the dressing into a small serving bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt and cayenne
pepper then place it aside.
