Directions
- Get a mixing bowl: mix in it the lemon juice with paprika, cayenne pepper, olive oil and
cilantro, parsley, cumin, garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper to make the marinade.
- Get a large zip lock bag: place in it the shrimp then pour the marinade on top. Seal the
bag and shake it to coat.
- Before you do anything preheat the grill and grease its grates.
- Drain the shrimp from the marinade then thread them into skewers. Cook the shrimp on
the grill for 4 to 5 min on each side. Serve it warm.
- Enjoy.
