Directions
- Get a large mixing bowl: combine in it all the ingredients. Mix them well with your hands.
Place the mix in the fridge for 2 h to an overnight. - Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat a splash of oil in it.
- Shape the beef mix into 4 burgers. Cook them in the heated pan for 4 to 5 min on each
side. Serve your burgers warm. - Enjoy.
