“a few days after a Full Moon”) and stage your

• Glass mason jar


• Salt


• Rosemary


• Clear quartz


• Writing tool


• Wax

WHAT TO DO

Fill the jar halfway

with salt and rose-

mary. Put in the

quartz. Write down

what you want to

protect on a piece

of paper and place

that inside. Seal

the lid with melted

wax and store on a

kitchen shelf.
