O50ml coconut cream
O50ml mango purée
O150ml orange juice
O6 pineapple chunks
O2tbsp frozen fruits
of the forest (berries)
O½ banana
OSugar syrup (optional)
OCrushed ice
GARNISH: Pineapple wedge,
frozen berries, mint sprig
1 Add the coconut cream,
mango purée, orange juice,
pineapple chunks, fruits of the
forest and banana to a blender
with ½ a scoop of crushed
ice and blend until smooth.
2 Add sugar syrup to taste
(if desired). Pour into a hurricane
glass and add a little crushed ice.
3 Garnish as shown and
serve straight away.
