Also the second edition of the European University Tennis

Championship took place in France. This time the event was

organised in the City of Rouen from November 28 to Decem-

ber 3, 2005. Participation increased as 11 men and 6 women

teams from 8 countries participated in the championship.

The competition was on a high quality level, there were many

players with ATP ranking and WTA ranking present. In the

men’s final, the University of Moscow won the University of

Cologne 2:1 and in the women’s final the University of Paris

won the University of Warsaw 3:0.
