BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

A record number of participants was broken again next year,

when the event moved to the costal Valencia, Spain. 20 men

and 21 women universities teams from 18 European coun-

tries competed from July 16 to 19, 2007 for the titles of the

European Universities Champions in Beach Volleyball. The

event was organised by the Spanish Committee for Univer-

sity Sports and the University of Valencia. The Champions

became the University of Klagenfurt, Austria in men, and

University of Cologne, Germany in women competition.
