Meetings


Changecontrolmeetingsareheldwithachangecontrolboard(CCB)thatisresponsibleformeeting
andreviewing thechange requests andapproving,rejectingor deferringchange requests.Most
changeswillhavesomesortofimpactontime,cost,resources,orrisks.Assessingtheimpactofthe
changesis anessentialpart ofthemeeting.Alternativestotherequestedchangesmay alsobe
discussedandproposed.Finally,thedecisioniscommunicatedtotherequestownerorgroup.


TheCCBmayalsoreviewconfigurationmanagementactivities.Therolesandresponsibilitiesofthese
