Palestine International Airport (Al-Auja)

The FAA constraints the structural design of pavements by minimum values as shown in Table 9-5.
Despite the CBR value of the subgrade material at Al-Auja Airport is 47 which indicates the
strength of the subgrade, and requires thicknesses less than the determined minimum values; the
FAARFIELD gives the minimum thicknesses of the flexible pavement layers to meet the FAA
regulations.
