until golden brown and the chicken is cooked
through.
6 . When finished, place on top of paper towels to drain
excess oil.
How to serve it:
1 . These would go great with Sautéed Greens or the
“Cheesy” Kale Salad.
Sautéed Greens
I’m always sautéing up some greens. They make an
excellent bed for any of the dishes I’ve presented here.
Once you add the kale or whatever dark, leafy green you’re
using, keep the pan covered so that the water that
evaporates will actually help to steam the kale.
SERVES 2–3
What you’ll need:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
1 bunch kale, center ribs and stems removed, leaves torn
or chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
