53 “Yet I do not claim to be innocent.The soul commands evil, exceptthose on whom my Lord has mercy.Truly my Lord is Forgiving andMerciful.”٥٤

54 The king said, “Bring him to me,and I will reserve him for myself.”And when he spoke to him, he said,“This day you are with usestablished and secure.”٥٥

55 He said, “Put me in charge of thestorehouses of the land; I am honestand knowledgeable.”ى فِ ٥٦

ضِ رْ و
َ

ٱلأ

بيَ تَ

ا منَتِ
َ
محْ
َ
ر
ِ
يبُ بصِ
ُ
ن ۚ ءُ
ٓ
ا

يَش
ُ
ث
ْ
ا حَ يهَنْمِ
َ
رجْ
َ
أيعُ ضِ
ُ
ن
َ
لا
َ
و
َ
ينِنسِحْ مُ
ْ
ٱل
56 And thus We established Josephin the land, to live therein whereverhe wished. We touch with Our mercywhomever We will, and We neverwaste the reward of the righteous.٥٧

57 But the reward of the Hereafter isbetter for those who believe andobserved piety.٥٨

58 And Joseph's brothers came, andentered into his presence. Herecognized them, but they did notrecognize him.٥٩

59 When he provided them with theirprovisions, he said, “Bring me abrother of yours from your father. Doyou not see that I fill up themeasure, and I am the best ofhosts?”هِ ٦٠
